Clinical Information: Clinical history, current diagnosis, reason for seeking an opinion, affected eye(s), and uploaded medical imaging (OCT scans, visual field reports, fundus photographs, referral letters).

Referring Practitioner Information: Name, practice, email, and phone number of the referring eye care professional or practitioner (if provided).

Payment Information: Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or financial details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal and health information solely for the purpose of providing the ophthalmology decision support service you have requested. This includes reviewing your clinical data, preparing your Clinical Decision Report, communicating with you about your case, and processing payment.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage. Access to patient data is restricted to the reviewing specialist and authorised platform administrators. We implement access controls, audit trails, and regular security reviews to protect your information.

5. Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose your personal or health information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, to the reviewing specialist for the purpose of preparing your report, or to our payment processor (Stripe) for the purpose of processing your payment.

6. Data Retention

We retain case data for a period consistent with clinical record-keeping obligations and applicable Australian health records legislation. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.

7. Your Rights
